Rules

ALl students and staff must abide by the rules if they are allowed to stay at Hogwarts. These rules can't be broken but they can be discussed by the current Admin(s) of the era. Some of these rules will be enforced heavily, Some will be more relaxed. Though there will be grounds for suspension (Students) and or Termination (Professors/Headmaster/Headmistress). These rulls arenot to be taken lightly as several will try to test each rule.

The Rules:

1. Characters must be set in the Harry Potter type of setting. Being witches, Wizards Or

Staff.
2. Smut is not permitted in Room, Take it to Pm.
3. Trolling/Hazing will not be tolerated. (Grounds for banishment from room.)
4. No Offensive Characters. (Grounds for Banishment.)
5. Post Lengths very, Semi and Up (Please), Some Multi but don't be Offended.
6. RL or Anime Face Claimes are welcome.
7. No God Modders.
8. The story above all.
9. Mod/Admin's Laws are Final.
10. Must get Permission to enter into the Rp from either Mod(s) or Admin(s) before

Playing.
11. Relax this is Rp.
(We're just here to have fun and play our characters. Follow rules and we'll have that

fun.)

Grounds for Suspension/Banishment

These will be nonnegociable. Once a Mod(s)/Admin(s) orders a banishment it must be voted on by the residing Mod(s)/Admin(s). A unanimous Vote. No one will be turned away without all facts being heard.

If any of these are Broken a Mod(s) or Admin(s) has the right to Banish the character in Question.

1. Hazing.

2. Offensive Characters.

3 Sexual exploiting

4. Sexual Acts against Children (16 - Under)

5. More than 4 warnings.

6. Breaking the Rules.

While these rules are inforced, If someone is Banished his/her status will be set to one of two things. Either Expelled or Killed (Their own choice.) If Expelled said Character in mention has the right to return if certian requirements are meet. If character is Killed off then the Character in Mention will be NPC Played as a Ghost (Nearly Headless Nick, So on.) If a character is Expelled then it'll take the Majority of the Mod(s)/Admin(s) to re-enstate the Character in Mention.
